Fix reduce

dot() called on sparse matrices obeys 2D dimension matching rules,
even if they are single row/columns. dot() called on (1, N) and
(1, N) arguments, as was being done here, will fail. This transposes
the second argument to fix the problem.

Fixed issues with advanced inc/set subtensor in some cases

We implement it for tensor and sparse Contant Variable. This get also done for gpu variable as it inherit from the tensor Constant variable.

- print the number of module with X number of different key.
- print the module whose key.pkl file take more then 1M.

Closes gh-414.

Remove the tuple argument unpacking which is deprecated in Python 3.
