## Summary

- Update the dyad:deflake-e2e-from-run workflow so artifact-based
diagnosis is still first, but post-fix verification now requires a local
rebuild and affected E2E rerun.
- Document the Python fallback build command and require PR bodies to
list the local build/E2E commands.
