This fix a failing test.

numpy.frompyfunc function now always return an dtype object.

Otherwise an error is shown to the user.

It's a little faster than the numpy implementation, but not much.

Extended known failure case to numpy 1.6.x instead of only 1.6.0, until we know better about the intended numpy behavior

They don't generate the good output.

I renamed the file to .txt to fix the problem.
