When we put a TensorVariable in a list, when we call as_tensor_variable on it,
this create a 2d tensor. We do not want that.

Fix C code of Reshape when input is not c-contiguous

Ensure file descriptor is closed before trying to remove the temporary
file, as otherwise I suspect the removal might fail on some operating
systems. I think such a situation might happen only very rarely though
(maybe if disk is full?).

Cast values to floatX in tests

FIX: cuda: clear error flag when handling error

Changed the semantics of update_storage in CVM, so it contains only the
input storage cells to update, and ensure they are in the same order as
the computed outputs.

Make new VM_Linker with same options as the old one
