Better error message when an apply node execution fail.

fix gh-1133, don't replace error message from compute_test_value.

Fix sum sum crash

fix garray_to_cudandarray for dimensions of 0. CudaNdarray need a strides of 0 in those cases, not 1. Error was raised in filter about this.

Also also MaxAndArgmax with all neg axis.

fix gh-1430

The error message changed.

We print the inputs shape and strides now. We can't do that with the c linker.

This add the op and the outputs of the apply node in the message error.

Fix python code in python 3.3 and fix tests.

Added #defines for Py_TYPE/REFCNT for python2.4.

buildbot python 3.3.0 and Mac anaconda instruction.
