This was not tested and should be casted to the fixed dtype size if used anyway.

Test if g++ support openmp or not.

EPD on windows don't have openmp files.

testing infer_shape: op DownSampleFactorMax and DownsampleFactorMaxGrad

Don't test mixing complex output sum with scalar input since the gradient will have to do a complex->scalar cast and it is not well-defined.

-Add missing infer_shape and tests about it to Shape_i and MakeVector.
-Add missing infer_shape to the Assert class.
