Revert "Avoid miniKanren v1.0.4"

This reverts commit 552b3edb3afeeeb90fd2fa1a60337b538a6f59b7. Some users with deprecated build environments were having trouble installing miniKanren v1.0.4 from sdist. The v1.0.5 release now includes a wheel, so this constraint is no longer necessary or desirable.
